Nursing is a demanding but rewarding occupation. An ER (registered nurse) degree prepares you not only to provide care under the direction of a physician but to manage some aspects of care and the facilities in which it is being provided. There are two main paths to becoming ER and minor differences in the outcome.

The training necessary to become an anesthesiologist requires years of training. They must first earn a college degree in nursing or a science-related field and pass an exam to become a registered nurse. After this, they must gain one year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care facility. Following that year of experience, they can enrol in a specialised master’s program in anesthesiology for two or three years. After completing the program, they must pass an exam to practice as a licensed registered nurse anesthesiologist. They must complete at least seven years of training after graduating high school. The training required to become an anesthesiologist is more extensive than that of an anesthesiologist. You must complete four years of study as an undergraduate, earning a bachelor’s degree in a pre-med-related field. After this, he must attend medical school for another four years of study. Work environment

The work environment for surgical CRNAs and anesthesiologists is often demanding. They work under many pressures that accompany medical operations. This includes being responsible for caring for patients in life or death situations. However, not all CRNAs or anesthesiologists are surgical. Some of them choose to teach or coach. Furthermore, some prefer to use their knowledge, leaning toward research and development. These environments are less demanding.
